divide by 100 and get 49, not a pass. Add, for example, 11 links to
other blogs to bring score up to pass.

B:

The above applies to KGU 1st years, 2nd semester, i.e. students who are not beginners writing with the computer, but not yet veterans. (PASS=60, best possible = 100). 1st years in the 1st semester have a less strict system.
For Writing 3, after dividing by 100 we also subtract 10. So student A above would only get 39!
