Remember it is very, very important to calculate your WAI soon. If your score is low, you need to write more, and then recalculate your score!

Note also that if you stop blogging for a long time in the holiday you will get a large minus score. If you don't have a computer at home, practice using your mobile phone to send photos with a sentence or two!

Number of comments * 30 (you'll need to look for the comments)
Number of incoming comments * 20 (the more interesting posts you have, the more comments people are likely to make)
Number of reviews on Amazon * 30 (these must be linked to from your blog; make sure it's clear which review is yours, for example by telling us your Amazon username)
Number of posts with poems * 20
[MINUS:
the longest period you didn't blog (days) * 20]

Note that writing book reviews and LINKING to other class members' posts may be the fastest way to increase your score. The best way to avoid negative effects is to post some photo posts regularly in the winter holiday.

Your blog is important as a place to practice your English and also a place to reflect and check your progress. It is a kind of portfolio, so it is important that you create an index. You do this by placing links in your final WAI post. This is a good way to review all your study this semester. This may take a long time. Start early!
