I told you about the library in class. But you could also buy a graded reader and get your friends to buy one each, too. Every week, you swap books with your friends. You can buy books at Hikari no Mori, Kinokuniya on Shimotori, the bookshop in Hanshin Department Store (I think), or the Maruzen on campus.
Alternatively, you could order a pack of books from Amazon, and get money from your friends. To buy from Amazon Japan, you don't need a credit card, because chakubarai is OK.
