Camping in Golden Week

I went camping with my family in Golden Week. We went to a campsite in Aso as we usually do in Golden Week. The 5 or 6 families who usually go with us couldn't go this time, so for the first time we went alone. We are not very experienced campers, so we forgot many things that we needed, but fortunately my wife's father came to join us on the first evening so he brought many of the things that we had forgotten.

We went hiking in Suna-senri and halfway up Nakadake on the second day, and then went to a nearby hot spring bath. But my favorite part of camping is cooking. I made a chicken casserole flavored with a little tomato paste, a little garlic paste, lots of fresh garlic, white wine, black pepper, and lemon juice. Do you know what casserole means?
