The quantity of your writing means how many words; how many blog posts; and how many days that you blog.
Blogging is not quite the same as keeping a regular, private journal. It's also a way to communicate. Interactivity means how you interact with the other members of the class (i.e. other students and your teacher), with the outside world, and with yourself. In blogging, interactivity is usually expressed through linking. So I will expect the following:
- commenting on other class members' blogs
- blogging about outsiders' blogs, to introduce them to the other members of the class
- blogging about other class members' blogs
- blogging about your own, earlier posts
To make it easier to evaluate your own blogging through the semester, let's try using the WAI! What does WAI mean? Well, when we blog, we are very happy, so it could mean Wai, wai, yeah! Or maybe you're wondering about the reason for blogging. So maybe it means "Why?" Well, find out in my next blog post!
